Warning! SPOILERS AHEAD! Tread carefully!
This movie (The Croods) had some really cool environments - and was very funny on top of beautiful. I especially loved the mushroom forest, the man eating flower forest and the huge corals - not to mention the crystal formations and the tropical forest with the funny creatures in it (so many awesome concepts!!) and the freakishly-amazingly-cute little sloth! Da-da-daaaaaaaaaaa ^_^
I’m glad that I’m an artist interested in concept art and environment art. A movie that might not the best I’ve seen (not talking about the Croods, I loved the Croods), but is beautifully animated and has great environments, becomes so much more enjoyable. Eyecandy and inspiration served on the big screen, can never go wrong, right?
This blog needs to be updated more often. Why is it that I can’t seem to update more often? I should really update more often. No really.
I saw your latest drawing on DA, just a quick gaze and I fell in love with it. I faved it and promptly suggesting it to a DD. The scene, the colours, the atmosphere is perfect! I mean, you achieved an artisty nor a realism style yet it gives such a sense of reality and perfection that is hard to define. I am printint it and pasting it on my wall -hope you are OK with it-, my next goal is being as good as you on arts! <3
